Mt. Joliet, TN

Located in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee this project is under contract
with Teekona Group to become the last mixed use site available in
the city at this time. The entrance buildings have
commercial services and retail space, which allows for senior and
224 fair market apartments toward the center of the development
and a 320 unit assisted living facility in the back
section. This is another ccrc project that we believe
is needed in the majority of medium markets and is over looked by
major senior housing developers.

Nashville, TN

The Cherry Farms development is a 79 acre project that has multiple uses ranging from single family and multifamily, to commercial services, and retail. Teekona Group is in the process of contracting a presale to several national builders on the single family lots, with the intention to use sales capital to finance the multifamily section on the south of the property. The first phase will consist of 88 apartment units and a 5,000 sq ft club house. The second phase will consist of 120 apartment units with a mixed use building containing commercial services and retail. The third and final phase is a 100 unit building with retail to finish out the project.
